What You’ll Do:
1. Be the first point of contact for customers, offering guidance with their financial accounts and promoting the use of online tools.
2. Handle inbound phone calls and live web chat conversations in a professional, friendly manner.
3. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Collaborate with your team to meet service levels and quality standards.
5. Participate in training and development programs that support your growth and career goals.
6. Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and service efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within financial services.
2. A recent graduate in a relevant finance subject.
3. A natural communicator with a genuine passion for helping people.
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
5. Confident using computers and telephony systems.
6. A proactive attitude with the ability to suggest and support improvements.
