What You'll Do as an Account Executive:
* Close Deals – Convert warm inbound leads into paying customers.
* Own the Sales Cycle – From first call to signed contract, including upselling existing accounts.
* Collaborate – Work alongside SDRs to build pipeline and close high-quality opportunities.
* Grow Your Skills – 1:1 coaching, real-time feedback, and sales strategy support from leadership.
* Make an Impact – Your performance directly contributes to a high-growth success story.
What We're Looking For:
* 1+ year sales experience (SDRs, telesales, or BDEs welcome!)
* Confidence and drive to step into a closing role.
* Proven record of hitting or exceeding KPIs.
* Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
* Ambition to grow in the SaaS/startup world.
* 1:1 sales coaching and clear career development
