We have clinical pathways for Psychosis, Complex Emotional Difficulties and other presentations (such as Bipolar, OCD, PTSD, Severe Depression and Anxieties). Our teams have a range of staff from different professions and roles and we work alongside and with a range of specialist, NHS and third sector services. We offer evidence-based treatments to those within our service, such as CBT and FI to those presenting with a psychosis or bipolar. and have a well-established pathway incorporating SCM and MBT for those presenting with needs relating to their personality. There are funded opportunities for such training. You will be working alongside committed psychological therapies staff, supported by a dedicated and experienced MDT, with strong, progressive and supportive clinical supervision and leadership from senior psychological staff. The post-holder will be professionally supervised by a Consultant Clinical Psychologist within the team.
We aim to attract and retain a diverse, talented and committed workforce, who are caring and compassionate, and therefore able to meet the demands of the modern NHS now and in the future. In return we can offer a dynamic working environment in which to build a career.
