We're now looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen team and support the Head Chef in delivering consistently excellent fresh food in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The Role You'll be a key leader in a kitchen that:
Works with fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients

You'll be involved in:
Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations and service
Menu planning and development
Training and motivating the team
Maintaining high standards across food quality, hygiene, and consistency
Driving a positive, energetic kitchen culture
