Elle R Leisure is looking for a talented Central Reservations Manager to lead our Central Reservations team, overseeing dining reservations and guest enquiries across our restaurant and hospitality venues.

About the Role:
As the Central Reservations Manager, you will oversee the team responsible for handling all inbound dining reservations and guest enquiries for Albert’s Restaurants, Dukes 92, and Longridge House. This role is focused on delivering outstanding guest service, driving bookings, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the central reservations department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and support the Central Reservations team to deliver exceptional guest service.
* Oversee inbound calls, emails, and online dining platforms, ensuring fast, accurate, guest-focused responses.
* Produce weekly KPI reports, performance summaries, and meeting agendas for senior management.
* Maximise dining reservations through effective sales strategies, table optimisation, and upselling opportunities.
* Foster a culture of hospitality excellence where guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
* Provide training, coaching, and regular performance feedback to team members.
* Monitor team performance, identifying improvements and implementing solutions.
* Work closely with the Head of Operations and venue teams to align booking strategies with business needs and commercial objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a guest-focused, sales-driven leadership role, ideally within hospitality or a central reservations environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Confident using Excel to produce KPI reports and analyse data.
* Experience using a hospitality reservations system — OpenTable experience is highly desirable.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality.
