Build Recruitment are working with a leading social housing contractor to appoint a Supervisor to oversee planned works programmes across Cannock and Stafford.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 operatives across planned works schemes within occupied social housing properties.
This is a non-working Supervisor position, focused on performance management, programme delivery, and getting the best out of your team on site.
The starting salary is up to £45,000 package.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing productivity and performance to meet programme targets
* Ensuring works are delivered to quality and compliance standards
* Driving site-based H&S culture
* Liaising with residents and stakeholders within occupied properties
* Reporting into Contracts / Operations Management
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience supervising planned works within social housing
* Strong experience delivering kitchen & bathroom programmes
* Ability to manage, motivate and get the best from operatives
* SMSTS / SSSTS
* H&S qualifications (desirable but not essential)
