The role is management of the audit plan (no people management), with the chance to interact with stakeholders across the entire business - the audit plan is varied and more risk based.
The role would be remote (you must be UK based), with a need to drive to UK sites - as such a car is needed. The role will involve 1 week per month on a UK site (no weekend travel though!)
The progression is down to meritocracy, and the team are supportive and encourage growth. You could also move into the business!
The ideal candidate:
- 4-6 years' internal or external audit
- Qualified or part qualified
- Professional services or in-house experience. FS experience would not be relevant. This is a NON FS business and needs non FS sector experience.
- Gravitas, strong comms, and a real passion for the profession!
