£28,000 to £30,500 salary (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Something exciting is happening in Gerrards Cross. A brand-new nursery opened its doors in September 2025 and the response from local families has been incredible, so much so that there's already a strong waitlist building for September and beyond.

That's where you come in...

We're looking for qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioners to join a growing team and help this nursery meet demand. These roles aren't gap-filler roles or replacement roles, they exist because the nursery is genuinely busy, loved by families, and needs great people to keep delivering the standard it's set from day one.

The setting

Based in a beautiful converted building in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire (SL9), the nursery is well connected by both road and public transport. If you're based in Slough, Uxbridge, Ruislip, Beaconsfield, Denham, Chalfont St Peter, or High Wycombe, you can be here in under 20 minutes. With easy access from the M40 and M25, and regular rail and bus links, this is one of the most accessible nursery settings in South Buckinghamshire.

You will need:

• A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
• Experience caring for early years children with a passion for child development
• In depth knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
• Ability to ensure every individual child’s needs are met as a key person, including supporting parents with any SEND needs
• To take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children
