In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are always in the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supply Planning: Manage in partnership with our manufacturers the scheduling, production, and delivery of all required stock, on time and in full.
2. Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance and identify any issues to facilitate rapid improvement.
3. Supplier Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality products.
4. Continuous Improvement: Identify end-to-end opportunities to drive change through the supply chain.
5. KPI Management: Manage supply chain activities to achieve success in key performance indicators such as customer and supplier OTIF, product availability, inventory health, stock write-offs, and data accuracy.
6. Risk Management: Deploy strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
7. Relationships: Collaborate with all departments across the business, especially warehouse operations, to ensure inbound deliveries are scheduled and reverse logistics activities are managed and coordinated efficiently and within budget.
About You:
* Strong experience within supply chain, purchasing, or demand planning.
* Proven experience of supply chain best practice principles (S&OP).
* Experience dealing with manufacturers and working to deadlines.
* Experience using ERP and MRP systems.
* High energy, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
* Team-oriented with a can-do attitude and a positive, growth mindset.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a 'start-up' mentality.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute plans.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Comfortable working with data and manipulating it to explain current positions and next steps.
