Job Title: Partnerships Development Lead

Location: Field-based (Ideally South East/London)

Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + generous pension scheme + 12 additional flex days on top of 25 day holiday entitlement + a Nespresso coffee machine with pod allowance + 2 paid volunteering days + many other excellent benefits!


Position Summary

We have an excellent opportunity as a Partnerships Development Lead to join our team and drive our brand presence across both physical and digital channels. Your role will involve developing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with partners, setting and achieving machine sell-out targets, and securing conversion tools to facilitate new member generation. You will collaborate closely with partners and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.


A day in the life of a Partnerships Development Lead

You will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and sales performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners to align on strategic goals and drive mutual growth.
* Set machine sell-out targets in collaboration with partners and ensure effective execution and monitoring.
* Secure and deploy conversion tools to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
* Conduct market analysis to identify partnership opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
* Manage relationships with partners to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Prepare and present performance reports on partnership initiatives, including progress against targets and ROI analysis.


What will make you successful?

To be successful in this role you will have similar experience in sales or partnership development roles. You need to be able to interpret and analyse data to make informed decisions so contribute to the success of the brand. Acting as an ambassador for our Nespresso brand, you will have commercial capability and have experience of influencing across all levels. You will also:

* Be a skilled negotiator and have the ability to conduct multi-faceted negotiations.
* Have experience being an active player within a matrix organisation and business/project multidisciplinary teams.
