* Monday: 9:00 – 18:15
* Tuesday: 9:00 – 17:15
* Thursday: 7:45 – 17:15
* Friday: 8:00 – 16:15
Total weekly hours: 31.75

Bupa Dental Care Watford is a well-established 4-surgery practice offering a range of specialist services, including:
* Periodontics
* Dental implants
* Endodontics
About the Role
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the practice front desk.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming and supporting patients with a professional and friendly approach
* Managing appointments and patient records
* Handling incoming calls and enquiries
* Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks

* Previous experience in a customer-focused role .
* Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
* Confidence using IT systems to manage bookings and records.
* A proactive, flexible approach - ready to help where needed to support the team.
* Professionalism, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.
* Confident in promoting and upselling Bupa Dental Care products and services including plan options, finance and insurance claims.
