What the day will look like
* Assisting in the monthly operational governance process and producing output suitable for inclusion.
* Escalation, tracking, and completion of actions raised in audit and assurance work.
* Delivery of successful operational and business-related change projects as needed.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver company initiatives.
* Assisting with change management and operational improvements.
* Identifying and implementing key change projects that improve operational efficiency or regulatory adherence, including project management and other ad-hoc support as required.
* Working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and compliance with policies, including participation in risk management and mandatory training that may impact the business interests or reputation of the Group Company.
* Managing Key Stakeholders and developing relationships with business colleagues.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
* Enthusiastic teammate
* Excellent analytical, numerical, and information gathering skills
* Strong interpersonal skills – able to communicate well across organizational levels, including well-developed influencing skills
* Understanding of the Insurance Industry, particularly claims, would be an advantage
* Strong track record in change management and operational improvement or process re-engineering
* Flexibility of thought to adjust plans as performance dictates
* Proficient PowerPoint, Excel, and data configuration skills, with the ability to utilize data to support recommendations and inspire change
