Our menu is driven entirely by the seasons, our relationships with suppliers, and the creativity of our kitchen team.
We're now looking for a Chef de Partie to join us in crafting dishes that celebrate produce at its very best.
What You'll Be Doing
* Working closely with our Executive, Head and Sous Chef to prepare and execute a daily changing menu, with dishes often decided that very morning.
* Taking ownership of your section, ensuring every plate is executed with precision, flavour, and consistency.
* Contributing ideas for new dishes and flavour combinations — your creativity will directly influence what goes on the menu.
* Sourcing, preparing, and cooking with exceptional seasonal produce, from wild mushrooms in autumn to the first asparagus in spring.
* Maintaining the highest standards of kitchen organisation, hygiene, and food safety.

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis stepping up) in a quality-focused kitchen.
* Passion for seasonality and curiosity about ingredients.
* A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure without losing focus.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A desire to keep learning and developing your craft.
