Cover Teachers – Primary & Secondary

GSL Education is actively recruiting Cover Teachers for primary and secondary schools across Leicestershire. With multiple roles available, we are keen to register teachers looking for flexible supply work, whether it’s for daily bookings or longer-term placements.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a variety of schools in Leicestershire, build strong local connections, and gain valuable classroom experience. As a Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a safe, positive learning environment in the teacher’s absence.
We are working with a wide network of supportive and welcoming schools across key areas in Leicestershire, including Leicester City, Loughborough, Melton, Market Harborough, and Hinckley.

Ideal Cover Teacher Candidates Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS), or be an experienced Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher
Classroom experience in either primary or secondary settings
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
