3. Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees in compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Maintain payroll records and ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate.
5. Handle employee queries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
6. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
7. Stay updated on legislation changes affecting payroll and implement necessary updates.
8. Assist in preparing reports and providing payroll data for audits.
9. Ensure compliance with tax and pension regulations.
10. Support the wider accounting and finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
11. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legislation.
12. Experience in payroll systems and general accounting practices.
