What you’ll do:
As a Painter, you will be responsible for fulfilling the painting requirements of the company. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Carrying out painting and shotblasting of valves (both repaired and new) according to specifications indicated on spec sheets and repair documentation.
2. Applying multi-coat systems with DFT control.
3. Performing general upkeep and tidiness of the workshop as time allows.
4. Maintaining the area, including filters and waste disposal.
5. Ensuring the workshop is kept clean and safe.
6. Carrying out duties in a safe manner, adhering to the company's health and safety policies.
7. Promoting the company's products, services, and reputation through professional conduct.
What you’ll need:
* A good understanding of paint storage requirements linked to the company's health and safety policy.
* Knowledge of mixing and handling two-pack paints.
* Understanding of cleanliness requirements for equipment used in the paint area.
* Validated competence through the company's competence scheme.
