Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR/Finance Administrator to support both human resources and finance functions within this organization. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with payroll and administration processes, processing financial transactions, and undertaking any other duties as reasonably requested by the Managing Director. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Duties: Reviewing and screening job applications. Scheduling and conducting interviews Onboarding new colleagues Maintain employee records and updating to external HR Assisting with payroll Organizing any training and development programs Assisting with performance reviews and feedback processes Finance Duties: Assisting with the Office Manager on all finance related tasks Assisting with the processing of supplier payments Month end assistance, including spreadsheets and reports for the Managing Director Assisting with preparing Year End Management Accounts Administration Duties: Processing sales orders and ensuring accuracy of data Maintain and update customer accounts within the SAGE system Preparing quotes, proposals and invoices Coordinating with direct sales team to communicate delivery times Generating sales reports and carrying out analysis on existing company information Answering telephone enquiries Scheduling meetings for sales staff when required Preparing reports for Managing Director To undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Managing Director Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in an administrative, HR, or finance role Strong knowledge of HR practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Current Driving Licence Desirable Experience in a similar role Knowledge of SAGE (200) Knowledge and experience up to trail balance in a finance related role What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development Supportive and collaborative work environment INDFS
