Customer Service Administrator Location: Crick Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00 Contract: Ongoing until Christmas Pay : £13 p/h Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Administrator to support our team. The role will primarily focus on general administrative duties, including reconciling PODs (Proof of Delivery) and handling customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Reconciling and checking PODs. Responding to and resolving customer queries. General administrative support for the department. Covering additional shifts for weekends/holidays when required. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in administration or customer service is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What’s on Offer: Fixed shift pattern (afternoons/evenings). Overtime opportunities for weekends and holiday cover. Contract running until Christmas.
