What You’ll Do
* Build and own growth channels from zero across outbound, content, partnerships, communities, and experiments
* Work directly with founders to design and run founder-led GTM loops
* Turn customer and market signals into repeatable growth systems
* Rapidly test hypotheses across ICP, messaging, channels, and conversion paths
* Identify and double down on what compounds, kill what doesn’t
* Operate inside the product engine to align growth with real user value
