Overview
We are seeking an apprentice to provide administration support across Regulatory Services. You will support the teams within Regulatory Services by providing administrative support during specific admin or team projects, coordination of electronic, telephone and postal correspondence from and to our customers. In addition, the post holder will collate and input data onto the relevant databases, provide general administrative support and generate invoice/purchase orders for the service.
Requirements
You will need GCSE Maths and English level C or grade 4 – 9 or above and understand what good customer service is and you will be the first point of contact for the public and other service users. You must also be willing to undertake a Business Admin Level 3 apprenticeship.
