Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a highly organised Training Co-ordinator to support a growing franchise network. You will manage the end-to-end training process, working closely with two trainers to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for franchisees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding for new franchisees
• Support ongoing training delivery
• Manage training schedules, calendars, and logistics
• Update training materials and manuals
• Track engagement and performance across onboarding and early trading
• Act as a key contact for franchisees and internal teams
Essential Requirements:
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• High attention to detail
• Proactive and able to use initiative
Desirable:
• Experience in a coordination, admin, or training role
Package:
• Salary: £28,000
