We are looking for a Operations Manager to join our friendly and professional team. We are looking for someone who has a good awareness of the industry, someone who is able to bring new and exciting ideas to the team. Ideally you will have good interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people, both internally and externally. Working and leading the team, you must have a team orientated approach to work. Ideally coming from a similar role, you will have experience of wet and dry facilities.

Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Sunday (Rota basis)
Please Note: This is a temporary role of up to 6 months
Requirements
1. Strong people management skills
2. Experience of problem solving, organizational, customer service and staff management
3. An understanding of identifying staff training and development requirements and identifying development opportunities
4. A high awareness of industry developments, new initiatives, trends and research
5. Commercial awareness which translates into contributing to a successful and financially viable operation
6. A passion for the industry demonstrated through continuous professional development
7. Good computer skills and understanding including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
8. Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues
9. Excellent time management skills - able to deal with a number of priorities at once
10. Good communication skills
11. To be able to work flexibly with a level of autonomy and decision making confidence
12. Current Pool Plant Operators Certificate (Desirable)
13. NPLQ Qualification (Desirable)
