Temporary People Partner
Contract: Temporary - up to 6 months
Day rate: £300 - £400 per day (inside IR35, umbrella)
Location: Manchester City Centre - 2 days on-site with national travel
Hours: Mon-Fri, standard office hours - flexible
Interview: 1 stage
Our client is seeking a Temporary People Partner to join their team in Manchester City Centre, along with national travel to sites when required. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic advice and guidance to line managers, fostering employee engagement and delivering on global strategies. With a competitive day rate of £300 - £400 p/d, this position provides the chance to work within a dynamic environment where your skills in HR and people management will be highly valued.
What you'll do:
* Provide strategic advice for all leadership and employees for people & culture matters.
* Manage the functional delivery of all generalist people & culture activities.
* Implement, manage and monitor People & Culture policies and deliver training on these policies.
* Assist management and leadership to resolve complex employee relation issues.
* Deliver People & Culture project outcomes in areas such as onboarding & offboarding, leadership, learning, development, career pathways, strategic workforce planning and organisational design.
* Support with provision of monthly reporting and analysis on turnover, headcount, diversity, and other ad hoc requirements.
What you bring:
* CIPD Level 5 in People Management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to make well-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK licence and vehicle
