Our client, a global family owned business based in Taplow, is looking for a bright, detail orientated and proactive individual to join their team.
This is a really varied role where you will be at the heart of the operation - dealing with enquiries, liaising with the warehouse and clients, raising orders, putting quotes together and co-ordinating daily shipping consignments.
The role is office based Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5pm) and is offering a competitive salary with generous benefits and an end of year bonus based on company performance.
Due to location, the successful candidate must drive and have their own car.
Duties include
* Answer all incoming telephone calls and deal with arising queries
* Maintain the shared email inbox
* Communicate with the warehouse regarding daily orders
* Communicate with customers and sales personnel to coordinate the despatch and invoice of all customer orders efficiently
* Raise Spare Part Quotations and issue to customers
* Raising daily shipping consignments on our shipping portal
* Maintenance of stock movements, stock returns and quarterly stock checks
* Chase Proforma invoices weekly
* Update and reference the CRM system
* Maintaining and overseeing all customers on monthly consignments
Skills
1. Experience in a similar role
2. Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
