Role overview Take on complex and high-impact work across: Corporate manslaughter, HSE and environmental breach cases Inquests and regulatory hearings (leading or assisting, based on experience) Drafting legal statements, reviewing evidence, attending interviews and trials Liaising with HSE, CQC, Police and key regulatory bodies Candidate profile The team welcomes applications from lawyers at all stages of qualification, with or without direct regulatory experience.
