We have an exciting new opportunity in the Lincoln area for a motivated individual to join a highly successful and independent mortgage brokerage as a Mortgage Advisor. Our clients are well-regarded as a trusted and reputable practice and take great pride in fostering a supportive working culture that prioritises long-term client relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced advisor who is comfortable in both mortgages and protection and is able to deal with a large number of leads and subsequent sign-ups
Working hours:
* Monday - Friday
* NO Weekends
* Either office-based, hybrid or remote working is available
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
* Basic Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
* OTE£50,000 - £60,000 – Uncapped
* All Leads provided
* Administration support
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
* CeMAP or equivalent qualification
* CAS Status preferred
* Proven track record dealing with volume
* Proven experience as a mortgage and protection adviser
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Excellent communication skills
* Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
* Strong negotiation skills
* Highly organised with effective time management
Key responsibilities for the position ofMortgage Advisor:
* Writing Mortgage and Protection business
* Providing excellent advice and customer service at all times.
