Service Advisor / Customer Experience Consultant
Nunawading Toyota is currently recruiting for a full-time Service Advisor to join our Doncaster aftersales team.
We are part of the Jefferson automotive group, focusing on delivering value and hassle-free motoring to our customers. When you work with us, you will be supported to achieve outstanding results and provide excellent service.
As a service advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with Australia's number 1 selling motor vehicle manufacturer, providing guests with an exceptional service experience. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic dealership, we would love to hear from you!
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record
* Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
* Strong administrative and computer skills
* Tune experience is preferred but not essential
* Highly organized with a high attention to detail
* Initiative and self-motivation
* Professional presentation
* A proactive, can-do attitude
* Strong work ethic and commitment
Toyota experience is preferred but not essential.
