In August 2025, we made a film exploring the incredible bond between Harry and his core staff team in Henley, the house he lives in at Prior's Court. It is thanks to this incredible group of staff that Harry has grown from an anxious, dysregulated boy to a much happier young man who is able to explore his passions and experience new and exciting things.

The importance of relationships
The connections formed at Prior's Court exemplify the critical role relationships play in our approach, especially in creating nurturing environments where individuals like Harry can reach their full potential. Staff members are not surrogate families. Their bonds with young people are like friendship, but not quite. Their relationships are unique and special.
