Responsibilities Lead regional business continuity and risk management initiatives. Conduct risk assessments and testing, providing recommendations. Ensure consistent implementation of global policies. Develop metrics and reporting routines. Support access management and market data vendor oversight. Requirements Proven experience in business continuity, operational risk or internal audit. Degree or equivalent experience Background supporting and working with front office investment areas (PM, trading, operations).
