Job Summary
As a Data Management Director - Strategic Data Provisioning and Data Quality in the Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will help craft the vision and drive execution of our data strategy across Global Private Bank. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your work will help ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility, supporting key business initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Your leadership will help us maximize the value of our data and empower our teams.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead the execution of the Data Provisioning strategy
* Collaborate with use case owners to define data requirements and manage product dependencies
* Partner with teams overseeing data governance, privacy, platform capabilities, and product development to prioritize and deliver key initiatives
* Support agile product routines and management information systems to oversee cross-product data dependencies
* Innovate and drive the strategic data vision across Asset and Wealth Management
* Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the Chief Data & Analytics Office
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Demonstrate expertise in financial services industry
* Apply technical knowledge of data management, governance, product management, agile transformation, analytics, metrics, reporting, and performance monitoring
* Understand Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Asset Management businesses globally
* Execute strategic or transformational change initiatives
* Influence and collaborate effectively in a matrixed and complex environment
* Thrive in highly collaborative and intellectually challenging settings
* Exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills
* Think structurally and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
