Quantity Surveyor (Highways)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + package bonus. Location: Berkshire (RG19).
About the Role
You will be tasked with overseeing a portfolio of projects within the highways and infrastructure team, reporting into the Area Commercial Lead. Your role is to manage project costs, maximise value and protect margin across a fast‑paced portfolio of schemes.
Qualifications
* Strong NEC experience in highways, utilities or civil engineering.
* Ability to work independently, managing a portfolio of projects.
* Strong eye for detail and project cost management.
* Identify and mitigate commercial risk.
* Structured career history.
