Content Writer & Designer – (Workday Products) Belfast
As a Product Content Writer & Designer, you will play a central role in shaping how Kainos’ SaaS products are presented to customers and prospects. You’ll be responsible for creating visually engaging, sales-focused content that showcases the value of our Workday-focused product suite — including Kainos Smart (Smart Test, Smart Audit, Smart Shield) and Employee Document Management (EDM).
You’ll own the end-to-end creation of impactful materials — from crafting clear, persuasive messaging to designing polished, on-brand visuals that bring our products to life. Your work will directly support our sales and product teams by equipping them with the high-quality content they need to win and grow customer relationships.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels at both storytelling and design — someone who can simplify complex technical ideas and present them in a visually compelling way.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and design sales collateral including one-pagers, product descriptions, sales decks, and customer presentations.
2. Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that communicates product value and differentiators for business audiences.
3. Design visually engaging content using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Develop and maintain a library of up-to-date sales materials that reflect current product capabilities and messaging.
5. Ensure all written and visual content is consistent with Kainos’ brand, tone, and visual identity.
6. Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to understand positioning, messaging priorities, and target audiences.
7. Continuously refine and improve content to maximise impact and usability.
8. Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Minimum Essential Requirements:
9. Proven experience creating and designing sales-focused product content (e.g., one-pagers, product overviews, decks, or customer presentations).
10. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging, customer-friendly language.
11. Advanced proficiency in presentation and design tools (PowerPoint, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
12. Excellent visual design sense, including layout, typography, and composition.
13. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple assets.
14. Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
Desirable:
15. Experience creating content within the Workday ecosystem or other enterprise SaaS environments.
16. Understanding of SaaS product positioning and customer value storytelling.
17. Degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
