About the role:
Provide 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with a variety of SEN
Assist with personalised learning plans and differentiated activities
Encourage positive behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation
Support teaching staff in creating a safe, inclusive and structured classroom
Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and colleagues
