We're working with a welcoming primary school in Sea Mills, Bristol to recruit a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant who can make a meaningful impact in inclusive and nurturing learning environments.
?? Your Role Will Include:
Providing tailored support to a specific pupil with additional learning needs
Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
Building a positive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress
Supporting emotional regulation and social development
Assisting with classroom activities and transitions to promote inclusion
?? What We're Looking For:
A caring, empathetic, and patient approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs - highly desirable
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - an advantage, but not essential
