Revenue Protection Officer (Part‑Time, 20 hrs/week - Remote/Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
* Audit postage processes to ensure compliance and prevent revenue loss
* Review departmental activity and investigate irregularities
* Identify and escalate suspected fraudulent activity
* Produce reports detailing trends, inconsistencies, and potential risks
* Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce leakage
* Carry out ad‑hoc tasks linked to seasonal and business demands
About You
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using internal systems and learning bespoke software
* Strong communicator capable of explaining issues and findings clearly
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and process data
* Professional approach to conflict or challenging situations
* Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable managing your own time
* Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads
