Housing Officer – Glasgow

Salary: £42,707 - £46,895 FTE per annum
Position: Permanent Position (EVH Grade 7)
Working pattern: Part Time, Thursdays and Fridays (14 hours per week). Job share basis.

Responsibilities
* Maximising income and managing rent accounts
* Supporting tenancy sustainment and community wellbeing
* Effectively managing Anti‑Social Behaviour cases
* Delivering effective estate management

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A solid understanding of housing policy and regulatory frameworks
* Proficiency in ICT systems
* A commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement
