Working on projects typically valued between £7m and £15m, this position would suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking for long-term progression within a business that continues to expand and invest in its people.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial management of construction projects
* Procurement and subcontractor management
* Cost reporting and forecasting
* Contract administration
* Managing project budgets and commercial risks
* Working closely with operational and delivery teams
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* Around 5 years plus relevant experience
* Industrial, logistics or commercial construction experience
* Experience delivering projects in the £7m–£15m range
* Strong commercial awareness
* Excellent communication skills
