Responsibilities:
Take the helm at our concierge desk during the serene hours of the evening, ensuring seamless operations in the absence of the wider team.
Be the beacon of assistance for our guests, handling incoming calls, assisting with luggage, and promptly addressing guest requests with finesse and professionalism.
Extend a warm welcome to late-arriving guests and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless transition throughout the night.

What We Offer:
Competitive annual salary of £30,000 plus service charge.
