We're looking for an exceptional Head of Retail to take ownership of our food and beverage operations across multiple venues.
This is a role for someone who leads from the front, drives excellence at every level, and knows how to turn great standards into great profits.
What You'll Be Doing You'll be the driving force behind operational excellence and commercial success across all our F&B retail outlets across London:
Lead with presence weekly site visits. You'll be visible, approachable, and actively coaching teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Elevate standards conduct H&S audits every 3-6 months and ensure compliance, service quality, and operational processes are world-class
Drive profitability take control of food and beverage cost management, share P&L insights with café managers, and identify opportunities to boost revenue and margins
Build partnerships act as the main point of contact for venue stakeholders, managing KPIs, gathering feedback, and strengthening relationships
Champion collaboration work closely with Rhubarb and OVGH teams to streamline offerings, optimize systems, and create operational synergy

Operationally excellent with sharp compliance skills and a track record of raising standards across service, training, and health & safety
Commercially savvy you understand the numbers, know how to control costs, and have proven experience driving profitable growth
Proactive and present you don't manage from a desk. You're out there every week, supporting teams and solving problems in real-time
