Overview
Support Worker (Female) at Community Integrated Care. This role is a flexible Bank/Casual position based in Dollar, Clackmannanshire, supporting four individuals in their own flats within a shared building. The people we support have learning disabilities, mental health challenges and past trauma. The work is rewarding and focused on enabling independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
* Spend your shift with the person you support, making a meaningful impact on their life
* Medication administration
* Cooking and assisting with meals
* Encouraging the people we support to clean and maintain their homes and manage their finances
* Support with social situations and respond to situations in a trauma-informed way
* Provide flexible support across 24-hour coverage, including day shifts, back shifts, waking nights and sleepovers, with some weekend work
Shift patterns
* Typical shifts include 0900-2100
* 0900- Sleepover finishing at 9am the next day
* 0900-1800
* 0800-2000
* 2000-0800 (Waking Nightshift)
* 1100-2200
Requirements
* Experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker is preferred
* A UK Driving License is required for this role
* For this particular role, a female colleague is required in line with the Equality Act 2010
* Flexible with shift patterns, including weekends
