Role Overview We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Cyber Security Consultant to join our Security Leadership & Transformation practice. As a Lead Consultant, you will work with senior colleagues and client stakeholders to help them develop, deliver, and oversee effective cyber security strategy and programmes. As part of this role, you will actively contribute to business growth through identifying impactful opportunities to support clients and support exceptional delivery of our services which include: Interim CISO Services Virtual CISO Services Board Cyber Advice Cyber Team as a Service (CTaaS) Responsibilities Support, and where required, lead the delivery of security transformation programmes. Lead on cyber security assessments based on a range of frameworks, and development of improvement programmes. Assist with leading the delivery of services within Cyber Leadership and Transformation. Support our advisory engagements with Boards and CISOs, working with Principal Consultants and Partners. Support with the identification, scoping, proposal, and closure of opportunities within new and existing clients. Actively contribute to security thought leadership through our advisory, publication and social media channels. Assist with the development of new and existing services. Be influential with clients, suppliers, and peers. About you A broad understanding of cyber threats. Experienced in implementing security strategies and programmes that provide value to an organisation. Comfortable successfully leading security projects and initiatives. Proven experience in resource management. Possess a broad understanding of a range of complex technical and organisational security domains. Familiarity with common security technologies and tools. Experienced in developing and maintaining meaningful security metrics and reporting for stakeholders. Possess excellent stakeholder management skills. Able to make key decisions that impact outcomes.
