Are you the right person for the job?
* MRICS or AssocRICS qualification (Chartered or Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
* RICS Registered Valuer status (or working towards it)
* Experience before obtaining a Sava qualification will be considered and valued
* Demonstrated experience in conducting residential building surveys and valuations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
What will your role look like?
* Conduct Level 2 (HomeBuyer) and Level 3 (Building) Surveys in accordance with RICS standards
* Produce Red Book valuations for a broad range of residential properties
* Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and service excellence
* Keep up to date with industry regulations, RICS guidance, and best practices
