Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Training Officer to join the team supporting our services in the South.
About the role
As a Training Officer, you will organise and deliver training programmes through face-to-face or virtual platforms to meet the branch and business workforce development plans. You will communicate at all levels to ensure training needs are met within appropriate timeframes throughout your region.
You will support the development of new training programmes aligned with the business objectives of comprehensive in-house training and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing programmes. The Training Officer will also maintain training records, write reports, and participate in team meetings.
The role offers opportunities for continuous professional development to enhance performance and meet business goals.
Skills and Qualifications required for the role
Applicants benefit from holding a qualification in Learning & Development, PTTLS / CTTLS, DTTLS teacher training, or Level 3 qualification. If not held, but you have training delivery experience, especially within the care sector, we will support you in obtaining the necessary qualification, as it is a minimum requirement for the role.
The successful candidate will have experience in staff training, organisational and administrative skills, and confidence in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines are essential.
This role requires a full clean driving license and access to a vehicle, as travel including occasional overnight stays and regional visits are expected.
