Role Summary
In this role, you will be part of a successful and friendly team that customises and provides flight itineraries to our customers. You will use your product knowledge and provide excellent customer service to organise air travel arrangements via Galileo GDS. Dealing directly with our own agents, we provide a support function to all our sales divisions, who rely heavily on our expertise.
Main Responsibilities
1. Work on the Galileo GDS system to create tailor-made flight itineraries via calls and emails.
2. Offer expertise, advice, and knowledge to our customers regarding airlines and routings.
3. Complete group bookings via airline portals, the GDS, and email, managing the full process to meet all deadlines in accordance with group contracts.
4. Manage Vista Advanced Flights bookings, ensuring they meet holiday requirements, and complete advanced elements and portfolio management.
5. Provide a 'one stop' solution for customer enquiries.
6. Support customers with system support and guidance.
7. Deal directly with airlines to resolve issues and achieve preferred outcomes.
8. Follow Customer Excellence processes and procedures at all times.

This role is based within the Hays Travel Flights Department, focusing on providing professional and expert service for any scheduled flight queries.
