Relief Support Worker – Westward Housing Group
Location: Stanley House, Plymouth
Salary: £12.66 per hour

Overview
This role covers day and night shifts during staff leave and absence. A caring, creative, and flexible person will provide one-to-one support to residents, helping parents aged 16+ develop parenting skills and prepare for independent housing.
Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one support to residents in supported accommodation.
* Cover day and night shifts during staff leave and busy periods.
* Assist parents in developing parenting skills and preparing for independent housing.
* Report safeguarding concerns and attend multi-agency meetings.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in support work or social services preferred.
* Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
* Flexibility to work daytime, waking evening and night shifts.
