The Role
Ferrovial Construction seeks Graduate Quality Engineers to assist with, and sometimes be responsible for, daily activities on major UK infrastructure projects. The 3-year graduate development program aims to develop personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach. You will work under the supervision of Quality Managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to health and safety achievement and uphold quality standards on projects.
* Assist in writing and reviewing quality documentation, including Quality Management Plans & Inspection and Test Plans.
* Support development of communication strategies to ensure understanding of quality plans among all employees and subcontractors.
* Monitor compliance of construction works and relevant documentation with standards and design drawings.
* Assist in reporting for the senior Quality team.
* Support investigations and audits with the Project Quality Manager.
* Advise on quality requirements and promote continuous improvement and innovation.
* Promote customer requirements and adhere to Ferrovial values.
* Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure safe working practices.
* Support environmental and sustainability policies.
Skills and Competence

* Degree or Master’s in any discipline.

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
* Technical knowledge in Civil, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering.

Desirable Qualifications
* Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
* Experience in quality assurance.
* CSCS Card.
