A long-established, friendly law firm in Southwell is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Legal Executive or Paralegal to join its close-knit property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with residential conveyancing experience who enjoys working in a supportive, people-focused environment.
The vacancy arises due to a current team member moving on and the team is now seeking someone confident in managing a conveyancing caseload under the guidance of a Solicitor.
The Role:
* Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
* Supporting a Solicitor with allocated work
* Handling time recording and billing
* Working to Lexcel and CQS quality standards
* Being a key part of a small but stable and welcoming team
About You:
* You’ll have previous experience in a legal support or fee-earning role – ideally within residential property
* Strong organisational and file management skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a close team
* Must be local to the Southwell area or able to commute reliably (this is an office-based role)
