Role:
* A mix of new business development (with end users and through distributors/resellers) and account management
* Imparting specialist engineering advice to existing and prospective customers.
* Key member of the product development team, working closely with the Head of Production and Design Engineering to provide attractive and competitive products for the UK and abroad
* A market-leading product range
* Mainly UK, with some international travel
You:
* Self-motivation is essential; you will largely manage your own time and diary as you see fit
* An engineering background in Instrumentation, Ballistics or Optics is desired
* Ideally, you will have a proven sales background, although engineers looking to move into sales will be considered
* An Engineering or STEM degree, or a proven background in the industry
Reward:
* In return, there is a generous basic salary and bonus on offer

* Base Salary - £70-80k, + 20% on target bonus
