Negotiator / Lister - Estate Agency Sales and Lettings
Basic salary £25,000 - £30,000+ commensurate with experience
£40,000 - £50,000+ on target earnings, uncapped
You will be responsible for providing expert advice to sellers/landlords, and overseeing the sales/lettings process from appraisal to listing all the way through to securing a buyer/tenant and overseeing the progression of the sale/let.
The role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the property market in the local area, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Build and maintain strong relationships.
Provide expert advice on preparing properties for sale/let, including market presentation and staging.
Communicate regularly with clients to update them on the progress of their sale/let, feedback from viewings, and market changes.

Work towards branch and personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Actively generate new business through networking, referrals, and follow-ups with potential clients.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase property listings, sales and lets.
