The Opportunity

We’re looking for a visionary and creatively driven Video Editor to join Dr. Barbara Sturm.

As part of our Brand, Creative & Social team — and reporting into the Senior Video & Post-Production Manager — you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing the Dr. Barbara Sturm visual storytelling to life. From global campaign launches to dynamic social content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as paid media and in-store experiences, your work will be seen worldwide.

You’ll transform raw footage into compelling, high-impact content, crafting everything from cinematic long-form pieces to scroll-stopping short-form edits. Your work will shape how the brand is seen creatively across platforms, always tailored and optimised for each channel and market.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of social trends, and brings energy and fresh thinking to every brief. If you’re passionate about storytelling and excited to shape a globally recognised brand through video, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll get to do

1. Turn ideas into polished, engaging video content that pushes creative boundaries and delivers real impact.
2. Ensure video content produced is optimised based on the viewing platform.
3. Ensure all creative produced is aligned with the Dr. Sturm brand aesthetic and identity.
4. Keep your pulse on the latest social media trends (especially TikTok), and propose ideas on how we can edit content for these platforms.
5. Partner closely with the Head of social media and Paid Media to align video content with brand objectives. Evolve creative based on performance metrics provided by channels.
6. Incorporate motion graphics, animations and special effects into video projects using After Effects.
7. Ensure all videos adhere to technical and creative standards.
8. Complete post-production for projects including grading, sound, encoding in different formats.
9. Optimise videos for different advertising channels.
10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
11. Organise, archive and label video assets for easy accessibility.
12. Contribute to brainstorming sessions with creative ideas for video content and campaign storytelling.
13. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximise efficiency.

We'd love to meet you if you have

14. Ability to craft footage to be used in integrated storytelling across multiple digital channels.
15. Experience creating native social content for YT, TikTok, IG.
16. Experience editing in-app for TikTok. And/or Capcut is a plus
17. Experience working with both UGC-style content shot on phones and highly produced content.
18. Heavy consumer of online content and aware of online digital creator space.
19. A comprehensive knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
20. Experience animating/motion graphics within After Effects.
21. Working knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative Suite.
22. Strong attention to detail, be able to self-quality control all assets.
23. Understand various camera formats and how to work with raw footage.
24. Experience of the online process, be able to work collaboratively with external sound mixing and colour grading studios.
25. Flexible, pro-active, and highly organised.
26. Able to deal with changing deadlines and priorities.
27. Demonstrable experience with managing time and delivering projects to deadlines.
28. Understanding of working with mixed codecs and frame sizes is required.
29. Effectively archive rushes and content supplied to you, ensuring all media items are regularly maintained and accessible to the wider business.
